How do I order a building?

Visit one of our many locations to view and choose from an assortment of sheds. If a particular shed is not in stock, you may place an order and the shed will be built to your specifications. Our associates are happy to help you make a decision that’s best for you.

Will LoneStar Shed deliver my building?

Yes, we deliver everything we build. Delivery is free up to 30 miles. We charge for each additional mile depending on the size of the building:

$2.50 for 8 & 10’ wide

$3.50 for 12’ wide

$5.00 for 14’ wide

Do prices include installation?

Yes. Free installation and set-up is included with your purchase, though if the building needs leveling, you will be charged $2/block needed.

What kind of ground preparation is necessary before my building is delivered?

Although you are not required to, the best thing you can do is provide a level gravel pad. This gives the whole building a solid footing and also wicks away water.

Do I need a permit to have a shed on my property?

Please check the laws and codes for your city. Requirements vary based on your city and the size of the building.

What kind of shingles are used?

#1, 30 year Architectural shingle is standard.

What kind of flooring is used?

We use ¾” Tongue and Groove plywood.

What kind of siding is used?

This will vary on the style of building, but all siding is #1- best quality available. 

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a limited warranty which covers faulty materials and workmanship. Natural disaster is not covered.

Is a deposit payment required?

Through Greensky, a deposit is not required. Through our Rent-To-Own program or on a cash sale, a deposit is required. Please contact us for more details.
